The ductwork can become disconnected or deteriorate over the years, leading to water and sand intrusion. The ductwork is hidden in the floor slab, therefore its not included in a standard home inspetion. Upon request, we use a special camera and record the conditions of the floor ductwork to observe as much as we can about its condition. Photos of any issues found will be provided in the home inspection report.
