Walk-Through Consultations

This is a great option for home buyers or sellers who simply want a quick overview of the property. For one hour, I walk the property and evaluate systems and components in the home while you take notes. No report is generated.  While not as thorough as a home inspection, a walk through consultation can provide you valuable information. The fee for a walk through consultation within the Okc metro area is $150. This is also a great option for investors who want an objective overview of a property.
