Experience & Dedication

I’m a retired police detective (1999-2020) dedicated to serving you, the homebuyer. I am trained and certified by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. As a state-licensed professional, I follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice and abide by a strict Code of Ethics, which puts my clients’ interests first. I also update my skills and training by following a rigorous Continuing Education curriculum each year. I enjoy helping each client by taking some of the stress out of the home-buying transaction, which is why I inspect each home as if it were for my own family.

"Do I need a home inspection?"

Buying a home involves risks. While a home inspection cannot eliminate them, it can help reduce some of those risks. Before you buy a home, you need to know if there are signs of foundation problems, roof leaks, electrical hazards, or non-functioning HVAC equipment. The home inspection can also help you negotiate with the seller to have those issues repaired.
