The home inspection consists of the home's roof, exterior, structure, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, insulation, ventilation, fireplace/stove, interior, and appliances. Your investment demands better than the average home inspector here in Oklahoma. I am a proud member of ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors. There are very few ASHI Certified inspectors in Oklahoma. Why? 1) Its not required 2) It takes effort to maintain membership 3) ASHI membership requires adherence to a professional code of conduct. As a retired LEO, I appreciate ASHI's commitment towards continuing education and ethics. I am constantly learning new aspects in home building and inspection techniques, thanks to ASHI's resources. ASHI membership is not free, however, the investment I make into maintaining membership translates into providing you a better inspection.
