A home is probably the biggest purchase you’ll ever make, so it’s important to fully understand the condition of your investment. I’ll provide a non-invasive evaluation of the home’s accessible structure, systems and components. While a home inspection can’t reveal every concern that exists, it may reduce some anxiety by arming you with the knowledge you need to make an informed home-buying decision.

The average home inspection takes about three hours, depending on the size and condition of the home. I will inspect the visible and accessible structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof. I encourage you to attend the last 30 minutes of the inspection so I can fully explain any issues that I may have found. Armed with my detailed home inspection report, you can make an informed decision about whether the problems I discover are worth fixing or walking away from. Note: We provide hoime inspections for people who are under contract to buy a home during a real estate transaction. We don't provide the following types of inspections:


Easy-to-read , modern report report with lots of photos, delivered the SAME DAY of your inspection. The report can be viewed on your phone or laptop, the link to the report can be shared with others. You also have the option of saving the report as a PDF. Each report will list all defects found and document the condition of the home's systems and components.
