Very few home inspectors in Oklahoma are licensed to conduct an official WDI inspection. Upon request, I will inspect the home for evidence of termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and certain beetles. I will also provide you the official report called the "ODAFF-1" that your agent and lender may need for your home purchase.
