Water Quality Testing

Buying a home with a water well? Your lender may need an independently-conducted water test. The most common test is for E.Coli and Total coliform bacteria.  If requested, I will collect a water sample from the home  and hand-deliver it to the DEQ Lab in Okc. Other water tests available too such as lead, nitrates, and nitrites.
