Sewer Scope Inspection

This service is becoming more popular than ever - and for good reason. What is a sewer scope? A sewer scope is a video evaluation of the underground plumbing drain that extends out from the home and connects to the city sewer line or septic tank. A sewer scope will let you know the condition of the drain pipe, if there are any tree roots inside the drain, and if there are any blockages. Note: this service does not include the plumbing drain lines under the home. Please consult a plumber for that type of service. Also, this service is for our home inspection clients, we do not perform it as a stand-alone service.
