Slab Duct Video Inspections

In-slab ductwork is when the HVAC ductwork is constructed within the foundation floor slab. It was a very common practice decades ago here in Oklahoma. In fact, my own 1980s home has in-slab ductwork. Slab ductwork can be susceptible to more problems than attic ductwork. The ductwork can deteriorate over the years, resulting in sand and groundwater intrusion. Sometimes - it can collapse. A ductwork video inspection is an optional service you may want to consider, whether you are buying a home with slab duct or are a current owner of a home with slab duct.  I will insert a special camera in all accessible floor vents and provide you with photos or video of the ductwork's condition.
